Mrs. Chakibi is U.S. Regulatory Compliance Consultant who provides internal audit services related to environment, health, and safety (EHS) of facilities to verify their compliance with federal and local laws and regulations globally and in the MENA Region. With more than eight years of experience in regulatory consulting to multinational companies and government entities. Mrs. Chakibi helped Environmental authorities review and update their EHS laws and regulations and assessed and helped improve compliance for companies small and large in various industrial fields.

Mrs. Chakibi's experience extends to regulatory analysis, compliance assistance, internal auditing, customized software solutions, and training for government and private sector in GCC, North Africa region, Europe and North and South Americas.

Dr. Mark Johns, Ph.D., P.G., L.G.

Principal Scientist & Office Director

Dr. Johns specializes in the transport and fate of environmental pollutants, remediation, and cost allocation and apportionment. He has been the principal investigator on numerous remedial investigations and feasibility studies and has an extensive background in regulatory compliance, particularly in regards to site remediation and cleanup. Dr. Johns has over 30 years of experience in the fields of geology, groundwater, and geological oceanography. He has been responsible for the technical direction of several large state, federal, and international environmental studies pertaining to heavy metals, dioxins, PCBs, hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. These studies have involved mine sites, petrochemical facilities, refineries, pipelines, and manufacturing sites throughout the United States, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Dr. Johns has a Ph.D. in geological oceanography, is a licensed professional geologist, and has numerous certifications from the U.S. EPA for hazardous materials training and emergency response at hazardous waste sites. Dr. Johns also serves as an expert witness in litigation-based projects.
